Elvarya Return & Refund Policy & Restocking fees
Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return items within 7 days of receiving your order for a full store credits refund.
To be eligible, items must:

Be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, and with all tags attached

Be in their original packaging

Include your receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, email us at info@elvarya.com. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without approval cannot be accepted.
Extended Returns & Exchanges
If more than 7 days have passed but less than 30 days, you can still return your items for store credit or exchanges. While you'll get 30% refunds if you want your payment back as orignal payment method including restocking fees, this may not be available beyond 7 days, we’re happy to help you find a suitable solution.
For exchanges, the fastest way to get what you want is to return your current item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@elvarya.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be returned in the same condition received—unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

Credit Refunds within 7 days: Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Refunds after 7 days: Returns approved beyond 7 days will be eligible for store credit or exchanges.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If you haven’t received your refund or store credit after 10 business days, contact us at Info@elvarya.com.
